We're 100% recyclable, right down to our cardboard tubes. Sure, they might get a little suntanned from our all-natural oils and butters over time, but hey, that's just a sign they're working hard. This doesn't mess with the quality one bit, it's simply our way of saying 'see ya later' to less eco-friendly materials. The real winner? When you're done, these little tubes can be recycled. Absolutely! Each and every one of our deodorants is a proudly vegan and cruelty-free. We've sidestepped beeswax in favor of sunflower wax and other plant-based wonders. So, with DragonPai, you're getting a product that respects all life on this beautiful planet of ours.

Given the artisanal nature of our production process, crafting and pouring each deodorant by hand, it may take us up to two days to dispatch your order, particularly during high-demand times. We only ship within the UK, it’s FREE for orders exceeding £35, and a flat rate delivery fee of £3.50 for parcels weighing up to 2kg. As we use ‘Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked’ as our delivery method, you can anticipate your package arriving within 2 business days, though we recommend allowing a few days more to account for potential delays. For international shipping details, we'd be happy to provide more information upon request. Please note for our non-UK customers, any import duty and taxes incurred when importing goods, whether by an individual or business, are not included in our charges. Such expenses will be collected by your local customs authority at the point of delivery.

So here's the deal: We’ve got a 7-day return policy. If more than 7 days have flown by since your purchase, we're afraid our magic wand can't help with a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges are accepted in original saleable condition within 7 days of receiving the package. Please contact us at hello@dragonpai.com for a return authorisation and address before sending any items to us.

If it's not in its original condition, has a boo-boo, or is missing some bits and bobs not due to any goof-up on our end, we sadly can't accept it. Likewise, any items sent back after 7 days from delivery are a bit like Cinderella after midnight - they've missed the deadline!

Now, about refunds - when your return arrives back at our kingdom and passes our inspection, we'll drop you an email faster than you can say "DragonPai". We'll let you know if your refund has been given the royal seal of approval or if it's been sadly rejected. If the refund gets the green light, we'll wave our magic wand, and voila! A credit will magically reappear in your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
